It's not just me! Look at all the glorious 3+ fic out there!

[Reccer's note: I'm ridiculously behind updating these lists. If you're up for a little sleuthing, you'll find new recs under this tag and all tossed together.]

[livejournal.com profile] thassalia has written an amazing 5 things fic, in keeping with May being masturbation month, that is incredibly in character and lonely and heartbreaking in 5 fully different ways. But hot. I have no idea how she did that. SG-1, S9, NC-17. Her sensory detail is incredible.

[livejournal.com profile] synecdochic has posted the gorgeous These Are the Things I Will Save for You, about the scattering of SG-1 to the corners of the universe and the country, about how much they gave up for each other and to each other. About alienation and culture shock, about trying so hard to say the things that need to be said and not being heard. Beautiful, beautiful story. OT3, with notable, wonderful Teal'c also, rate an R.

A tiny moment from [livejournal.com profile] ladyjax that paints a very vivid sensory picture: Late Night Ficlet, poly, SGA.

Layers of psychology and complexity and respect between all of them and individual relationships. I love, in poly fics, when there are clearly different relationships between the people involved, and that it's okay when they aren't precisely equal in some ways, because it can be balance out in others. Amazing complexity here: Like Water, Lying. Cameron, Jack, Daniel; poly and BDSM and wow, headspace. NC-17.

Poly SG-1 fic from [livejournal.com profile] princessofg: Undiscovered Country, NC-17, part 1/2 here, part 2/2 here.

Liked this fantasy fic from [livejournal.com profile] neery: Bodycheck, which is a fantasy of a threesome after one of those throw-you-to-the-ground-for-your-own-good in the field moments. McKay/Sheppard/Dex, of a sort. NC-17

Row, Row, Row by [livejournal.com profile] denynothing1 (Cameron/Daniel/Vala) A perfect blend of Cameron the Fanboy just trying, Vala scheming to her own personal ends, Daniel being tossed about and off balance and it's funny and sexy and sexy... NC-17.

A really deftly executed Sam/Daniel/Jack poly from [livejournal.com profile] princessofg. All are in character, the relationships between them are individual and important and the chain of events requires all of them, with their skills and personalities and respect and strengths and attractions. Nicely done and sexy tooooooo. How We Laugh the Day Away. NC-17.

Any threesome fic, even an AU, that begins with 'Sometimes, when Jack was in a wierd mood...' has got to be good. [livejournal.com profile] kellifer_fic's Three Sided Square, Jack/Sam/Daniel AU, PG rated.

[livejournal.com profile] surrealphantast finished the dork 'verse series, which she may now proceed to write one-off scenes and fic for, but is wrapping up with an appropriately smutty last few days of OT3ness: More Than We Are series part 7 (links to the beginning within the header). NC-17.

[livejournal.com profile] surrealphantast wrote an OT3 offworld, with heat, and frustrated!Sam, and manipulative! Daniel and dangerous!Jack and I thought it worked really well. Sway, NC-17. Jack/Daniel/Sam. Characteristically nice balance between the three of them.

J/D/S, I give you [livejournal.com profile] uberaeryn. These aren't new, but they're hot. And quite NC-17. Sam in the Middle and Six Hours, Nine Minutes and Thirty-two Seconds. Both PWP, fun and bordering on kinky. And then there was the Daniel/Sam/Female + voyeuristic Jack marvelousness that is Harder. No bordering, this is definitely marvelously voyeuristically kinky. Heh.

Tuesday (for Katie) by [livejournal.com profile] troyswann is set post-The Dirt of Sowing and Reaping, which you needn't have read to understand, and Sal gives a quick rundown in the header if you need a refresher. This is such an amazing space, a quiet nap in the afternoon and the company of good people, the trust of sweet relationships, the rediscovery of indulgence and decadence after the world almost ended but didn't. Tuesdays in February would be Jack's kind of party, wouldn't they? Jack/Daniel/Sam, teen rated, gorgeous and no one gets hurt. Yeah.

A nice waking-up together fic from [livejournal.com profile] sugargroupie, her first in this fandom, and I love a girl who introduces herself with a sweet threesome: Not 'Til the End. Cameron/Teal'c/Vala, PG-13

[livejournal.com profile] nandamai does write some beautiful pieces, doesn't she? Jack/Sam/Daniel in a post-Moebius fic This Is the Way. I'm assuming that the title is from the T.S.Eliot, it's a quiet interlude between it all going to hell and back, and you can not have too many post-Moebius fics.

Daniel is boreeeed: Boredom Killer S9 OT3, by [livejournal.com profile] kellifer_fic for [livejournal.com profile] surrealphantast. *glee*

Nandamai's funny funny Sam/Daniel & Jack OT3 with Teal'c suffering. Teal'c suffers, man. ADEA? Adult for sex in the rain.

[livejournal.com profile] cesperanza wrote a bloody marvelous OT4 fic called Three Lovers, from Teyla's perspective, in which no one is abandoned, no one is cutoff from home, there are subtleties and nuances within every single relationship within the group and the development of the relationships feels wonderful and natural. Plus, I really adore Teyla. SGA, NC-17.

Sam and Daniel sparring, with Teal'c teasing and the physical and the sexy and the dirty all coming to the mat. Fighting as foreplay, ladies and gents, and all of them very nicely in character. Sparring, by [livejournal.com profile] psychofilly, Sam/Daniel(/Teal'c), PG-13 from an icon prompt.

[livejournal.com profile] ozsaur's special hell OT4: That is the Question (SGA, NC-17) for the [livejournal.com profile] mmom community, dedicated to multifandom masturbashun for the month of May.

[livejournal.com profile] auburnothenna and [livejournal.com profile] eretria wrote one of my favorite threesomes EVER in John/Rodney/Sam, and it was full of characteristic actions and reactions and I loved it. Hawtness. Yoshino, NC-17.

Sam/Daniel/Jack at the end of the world: A Dirty Wind by [livejournal.com profile] cofax7. It's an apocolypse story, where one day in Season 7 they didn't manage to save the world. The 'verse is the This Is Not Wartime series, many of which can stand on their own and are also extraordinary, but listen, this one? Is not skippable. Because the characterization is incredible: they've all had their journeys and their individual heartbreak, and they survived the initial part and made it back together and are going to try to fix it now, only they know they're fallible, and they don't have the same resources. Cofax has a brilliant way of starting the story out at a fast pace to nab you, get you committed, and then as D-Day approaches, time dilates and does that wierd thing where waiting for word stretches into eternity... Deft use of three different POVs (Jack, Sam and an OC bad guy) and multilayered, interesting, sympathetic OCs (even the one's who only show for a little while in this story) an elegantly woven, logical progression of events and beautiful straightforward prose.

SGA: Tryptych and Diablerie (Tryptych remix) by [livejournal.com profile] alyse and Rachael Sabatini (aka [livejournal.com profile] wickedwords), respectively. John/Elizabeth/Rodney from Elizabeth and Rodney POVs. Dark, while captured and hopeless, but comforting and together. NC-17, poly.

SGA: Tercets by Gaia John/Teyla and John/Rodney/Teyla. A nice thread of Ford's loss and an understanding of what that means for John.

[livejournal.com profile] sdraevn is writing ficlets and drabbles to prompts, and Danver's SG-1 one today was marvelous and was irrationally appealing due to the idea that they are all sleeping with each other and there is massive flirting everywhere (Snapshot, or The One Where They're All Probably Doing Each Other). I'm all for orgies. Really. Someone write me mad, mad orgie-like flirting.

Fourth Kiss by [livejournal.com profile] brighidestone. SG-1, S9, Vala/everyone.

No, Really and sequel! to be followed again by a third! Yes, Maybe by [livejournal.com profile] basingstoke It's SGA, NC17, slash and het, John, Rodney, Teyla, and Ronon. It is so, so sweet, very funny, a situation that I really bought and the characterizations are wonderful. So much so that you will race to the sequel and be sad that the third isn't done yet. Wonderful. Also *guh*, in a very big way. Both of them.

le Atlantis crossover: Out of Space, in [livejournal.com profile] 3_ships Secret Santa, which is Cameron, Daniel and John Sheppard in various ways. Does make you want to pet Cameron a bit and say something soothing like 'loosen up, man!'. NC-17.

And, SG-1, with a little body swapping thrown in for good measure. Guinevere Comma Not. which is also [livejournal.com profile] 3_ships and features Vala, Daniel and Cameron.

Also Here Be Dragons by [livejournal.com profile] k_kijo, which is Sam and Daniel and Jack and lighthearted in a marvelous clichefic way.

Also, the beautiful Otter fic (that's [livejournal.com profile] agentotter) that got me going with my little smutfic: Ex Gracia (Done As a Favor) which is the second of 5 Ways Sam and Rodney Never Made Out (all of which are marvelous).

Lovely OT3 with a twist that a shan't spoil for you, so don't ask me. Repeat Again From The Start by Otter (=[livejournal.com profile] agentotter).

OMG, this is hysterical. OT4, baby! LOL. What? Oh, link: 50 Pickup Lines by [livejournal.com profile] applecameron

Also, OMG Lighter by [livejournal.com profile] kres. OT3, and apparently the happy before the dark!fic. *loves all of kres' stuff*

Wakeup Call by the fabulous [livejournal.com profile] katie_m is a short, marvelous OT3 fic mentioning a curtain rod. No kidding! *giggle*

Thawing by [livejournal.com profile] kres This is to part 0/4. It's of the disjointed chronology school of apocathreesomes, but I loved it inspite of or because of that. I even read and loved it in spite of it's WIP status at the time (it's finished now). It's lovely. Go read.

Travel Sickness by [livejournal.com profile] ev_vy. Sam/Daniel/Jack, R rated, with Pete respect. It's a really interesting idea, because they have to keep reaching outside the team to find love, yet sometimes they can only find understanding within. Kewl.

Never Know by [livejournal.com profile] sage_theory. Jack/Daniel/Vala, NC-17. I *heart* S9 fics.

OT3 fic by [livejournal.com profile] nostalgia_lj. Short, oh, too short, but I love Daniel in this.

Envisage by [livejournal.com profile] improperlydone. It's Daniel/Teal'c/Jack, and, whoa.

In The Wrong Story by [livejournal.com profile] katie_m with prequel 'Paths Worth Exploring', sequel 'Needs and Standards' and 'Sweet' also in the same 'verse. All pretty short, actually. OT3 Sam/Jack/Daniel or thereabouts.

Compromised, by Shallott OT4, baby! Not terribly graphic, but very entertaining.

Lapse of Gravity by Shallott Sam/Daniel/Teal'c. No, really, it totally works! Acknowledgement of S/J UST, nicely done.

OT3 ficathon list And it's not all Jack/Sam/Daniel! There's also some SG-1, J/D/T, S/Janet/Jack... Oh, the creativity! Wonderful use of mathmatics...

NOT Stargate:

[livejournal.com profile] resonant8's [livejournal.com profile] 3_ships present is the lovely and ethereal Daughters of Jerusalem by HTH. Inara/Mal/River, and a beautiful, elegant Firefly poly, spoilers for Serenity.

Ooooh, and it's maaaarvelous. They're all so laid back about it: "I got nowhere I have to be." Hee! Can't wait for the next one. Sadly, I think I must. *sigh*

Does make you want to pet Cameron a bit and say something soothing like 'loosen up, man!'.

Hey, the poor guy's new - he doesn't know yet that the SGC is just one big orgy *g*.

Oh... oh... looks to be some fantastic reading here. Wish I had time to do one (or more) before work. (*snerk* just realized the pun). I hope the day goes fast so I can get home and dive into these. ;-)

*kisses back, with tongue*

The Vala fics are starting to come into their own, I think. We're getting past the obvious stuff now and into a little more creativity. Ditto with Mongo.

Well, I am just happy with Vala (in fics and show) being "NOT SAM".

She is, in fact, ANTI-Sam. Which is a good THING.

You know, I think the Sam in my SG-15 fics and Vala would get along quite well. Prolly get drunk together, molest a few of (all) the boyz and top it all off with a little sumpin' sumpin' o' their own.

WHAT??? A belching contest. YOU KNOW I can't do femslash--for some really ODD, and still unknown, reason. :)

Oh, the pain Sam's inconsistant writing has created. I think I'm finding a lot more Strong!Sam fics now, though, so it's getting better. I've decided at least that the real Sam is how I see her, the stuff on screen after season 3 or 4 is an abberation.

And don't say no to femslash until you've tried it. I didn't think it was my thing either and I managed Sam/Teyla, so there. *entices plot bunny* AND, it was sort of after Sam had John and Rodney in bed together! Oh, this bunny of yours could really work...

The Atlantis ones are the most explict and therefore least work safe, IMO. The Vala/Daniel/Mitchell one you might get away with... maybe. *g*
