synecdochic has posted the gorgeous These Are the Things I Will Save for You, about the scattering of SG-1 to the corners of the universe and the country, about how much they gave up for each other and to each other. About alienation and culture shock, about trying so hard to say the things that need to be said and not being heard. Beautiful, beautiful story. OT3, with notable, wonderful Teal'c also, rate an R.

I love, in poly fics, when there are clearly different relationships between the people involved, and that it's okay when they aren't precisely equal in some ways, because it can be balance out in others. surrealphantast wrote an OT3 offworld, with heat, and frustrated!Sam, and manipulative! Daniel and dangerous!Jack and I thought it worked really well. Sway, NC-17. Jack/Daniel/Sam. Characteristically nice balance between the three of them.

J/D/S, I give you uberaeryn. These aren't new, but they're hot. And quite NC-17. Sam in the Middle and Six Hours, Nine Minutes and Thirty-two Seconds. Both PWP, fun and bordering on kinky. And then there was the Daniel/Sam/Female + voyeuristic Jack marvelousness that is Harder. No bordering, this is definitely marvelously voyeuristically kinky. Heh.

Tuesday (for Katie) by troyswann is set post-The Dirt of Sowing and Reaping, which you needn't have read to understand, and Sal gives a quick rundown in the header if you need a refresher. This is such an amazing space, a quiet nap in the afternoon and the company of good people, the trust of sweet relationships, the rediscovery of indulgence and decadence after the world almost ended but didn't. Tuesdays in February would be Jack's kind of party, wouldn't they? Jack/Daniel/Sam, teen rated, gorgeous and no one gets hurt. Yeah.

auburnothenna and eretria wrote one of my favorite threesomes EVER in John/Rodney/Sam, and it was full of characteristic actions and reactions and I loved it. Hawtness. Yoshino, NC-17.

Sam/Daniel/Jack at the end of the world: A Dirty Wind by cofax7. It's an apocolypse story, where one day in Season 7 they didn't manage to save the world. The 'verse is the This Is Not Wartime series, many of which can stand on their own and are also extraordinary, but listen, this one? Is not skippable. Because the characterization is incredible: they've all had their journeys and their individual heartbreak, and they survived the initial part and made it back together and are going to try to fix it now, only they know they're fallible, and they don't have the same resources. Cofax has a brilliant way of starting the story out at a fast pace to nab you, get you committed, and then as D-Day approaches, time dilates and does that wierd thing where waiting for word stretches into eternity... Deft use of three different POVs (Jack, Sam and an OC bad guy) and multilayered, interesting, sympathetic OCs (even the one's who only show for a little while in this story) an elegantly woven, logical progression of events and beautiful straightforward prose.

SGA: Tryptych and Diablerie (Tryptych remix) by alyse and Rachael Sabatini (aka wickedwords), respectively. John/Elizabeth/Rodney from Elizabeth and Rodney POVs. Dark, while captured and hopeless, but comforting and together. NC-17, poly.

SGA: Tercets by Gaia John/Teyla and John/Rodney/Teyla. A nice thread of Ford's loss and an understanding of what that means for John.

sdraevn is writing ficlets and drabbles to prompts, and Danver's SG-1 one today was marvelous and was irrationally appealing due to the idea that they are all sleeping with each other and there is massive flirting everywhere (Snapshot, or The One Where They're All Probably Doing Each Other). I'm all for orgies. Really. Someone write me mad, mad orgie-like flirting.

Fourth Kiss by brighidestone. SG-1, S9, Vala/everyone.

No, Really and sequel! to be followed again by a third! Yes, Maybe by basingstoke It's SGA, NC17, slash and het, John, Rodney, Teyla, and Ronon. It is so, so sweet, very funny, a situation that I really bought and the characterizations are wonderful. So much so that you will race to the sequel and be sad that the third isn't done yet. Wonderful. Also *guh*, in a very big way. Both of them.

le Atlantis crossover: Out of Space, in 3_ships Secret Santa, which is Cameron, Daniel and John Sheppard in various ways. Does make you want to pet Cameron a bit and say something soothing like 'loosen up, man!'. NC-17.

And, SG-1, with a little body swapping thrown in for good measure. Guinevere Comma Not. which is also 3_ships and features Vala, Daniel and Cameron.

Also Here Be Dragons by k_kijo, which is Sam and Daniel and Jack and lighthearted in a marvelous clichefic way.

Oh, the pain Sam's inconsistant writing has created. I think I'm finding a lot more Strong!Sam fics now, though, so it's getting better. I've decided at least that the real Sam is how I see her, the stuff on screen after season 3 or 4 is an abberation.
