Did I tell you that they found my paperwork the day I re-faxed it to them? Yeah, they hadn't looked in THAT mailbox. Also? P is a little bit jealous that I went dancing without him, but he's being all *handwaves* noble about it. *hides under blankie* I'm serious, I'm done for the day. Check with me tomorrow, I might be able to squeeze you in, but maybe not. Leame 'lone.

Ethon was good. They actually built suspense and paid it off respectfully and seriously. And, you know, TEAM stuff. I think they all had moments, which was nice. Even Cameron, and when he was out of the loop it didn't feel like it was 'cuz he wasn't a popular kid, so that's good. *smiles* Atlantis I was a little more *meh* about. I mean, not so happy that it's the John and Rodney show saving poor boring Ronon and Teyla (although that kick ass knifing was impressive in it's efficiency, Ronon my man!) stuck with the dusty people. I wouldn't mind so much if John and Rodney were being cuter together, but at least I got to see Carson, and he was funny locking the annoying guy in the cell. *shrugs*

stillane took the 'three little words' prompt and did something alive and new. John and Rodney, Liguistics, SGA.

Danver's (=sdraevn's) As the AU Turns (the one where they're all gay) is hysterical. SG-1. HYSTERICAL. I mean, Teal'c alone!

I found that via stellahobbit's updated Jack and Daniel AU list and have also been merrily swimming in her updated Jack and Daniel S9 recs list, both in stargate_search.

ETA: raqs wrote a fantastic John and Rodney first time here, in which John has to work for it, Rodney is fastidious and both of them are surprised and passionate. Marvelous, awkward, believable, character filled moment.

Also, mmmchelle is having an informal comment porn contest, the subjects? Necks. *eeeeebil grin*

Cyberhug for ya when you come out from under the blankie. Still, the faxing stuff...that's good news. Now they have two copies...they can't possibly lose both again. (Can they?) :o) Read up on the fable about the dog in the manger and see how well the Guy fits that description. Ah, confusion. Not my favorite feeling. And the thing is, I know he's doing a wierd 'don't want to let go' territorial thing, and I think he knows it too. I also know why he did what he did (lots of telephone conversations will explain all that after a while) and I can agree with it on some level because I had the same doubts and 'I know better than to do this' kinds of feelings. And. Yet. But.

You see? To some degree, I'm welcoming this stuff. And it's a bizarre falling back on roles and instincts because neither of us knows how to go forward. Twisted twisted messed up stuff, and it sucks that he's one of the obstacles. And that I am too. Join me under the blankie? It's nice and cozy here. Plus, 12 hours of sleep helped.
