I have to admit that RL has somewhat impeded my ficathon reading *is shamed* but that shouldn't hold you back! Just in case you were waiting for the recs, though, here they be. Or maybe I should say, here are some MORE of them, because I've been recccing like MAD. Also, there are some fantastic stories in the ficathon and chances are, whatever you read there will absolutely be worth your time and possibly fantastic, so you really shouldn't wait for me.

I am remiss in not mentioning this earlier: cofax7's Welcome To The Working Week for elismore. This hits a lot of my kinks, here: competant!Sam, Snarky!Jack, Questioning!Daniel and Badass!Teal'c. I also love a good argument with a good resolution, and the team is just very on their game getting out of a nasty situation.

A beautiful Teal'c & Daniel moment as Daniel deals with his time as an ascended being by inyron for saeva: Enoch.

The Tell-Tale Pants by kellifer_k for fairygnomes is a deceptively whimsical title for a fic that builds some really nice tension right from the opening lines.

And with the patently silly and yet, omg you gotta feel for Jack, the importance he places on playtime: Face-Off by surrealphantast for atomicpagan.

Finally, from nandamai, a moment of all of them coming together, trusting each other and taking care, and turning 40. I love when Sam is competant even when not in control. For ctorres: In Threes.

This should keep you busy for a while. I gotta go back to work now, on account of I go home on Wednesday night and I have to work myself into a state of exhaustion first, obviously.
