Back in the first 30 for 30 post, one of my facts was that I have lost over 20 pounds over the last year or so. As of today, it's 30 pounds lost. I'm still a healthy weight (173 pounds, and 5'8") but it's really surprising to me that I seem to have a new normal. Also, I haven't quite figured out what that is going to be, as I haven't hit it yet.
