Yep! If you've got good impulse control and an internal locus of control, you're just very glamorous and exciting, always doing something new. Poor impulse control and an external locus of control, you tend to run your life into the ground.

Heh, I'd think it's more of a *S*P personality trait. (ESFPs are the personality equivalent to Labrador retrievers. I actually kinda love them. I had a boss who was an ESFP once.)
