Um... *shuffles feet* So, I said I was not a shipper (and I MEANT it) and I said I would never rec S/J ship (meant that too, at the time) but I was referring to the happy happy joy joy, bears no resemblance to the canon characters stuff.

THIS, is fucked up ship. This is, why didn't we notice that we couldn't hold a conversation? This is the characters, this is dark, this is what would happen if they tried to force it. This is worth reading, here. Accident Waiting To Happen by nostalgia_lj. It's short, my slashers, and it won't hurt... much.

Hey, pointing each other toward the good stuff is at least a third of what it's all about. :-) I'm especially happy to get and give recs a bit after the fact, too, because I know I miss things when I'm off-line for a bit, and I miss the insta-recs right along with the fics. Even a few hours can make a difference. So, yay!

Oh, that's so true, especially as my flist gets packed with really excellent writers sometimes a few hours *does* make a difference.

Or, say, if you have computer issues and you miss LOADS of stuff.
