minxyNew SG-1 writer, taking the plunge into fandom by writing a scorching, nicely kinky Daniel/Jack. This circumvents cliche to be a very nice discovery of unknown turn-ons, in character and really smoking hot. (which suddenly reminds me of the terribly intimate Cam/Teal'c fic thatrydra_wong wrote in which *they never actually kiss*. Isn't that a marvelous notion? Intimate without a kiss, sexy without crude language, love without contact, history without tradition.)
And just to show that Cameron can little black dress with the best of them:medie wrote a luscious threesome of a Sweet Charity fic at synecdochic's behest. And Think Of Stargate Command is a wonderful freshman vs. senior, new vs. old hat, want with a nice helping of 'but must it go down like this?' and possibly my favorite: where the voyeurism of the AMTDI situation is distracting as hell, rather than an unexpected kink. Just brings a nice dose of realism to the reactions that makes the sweetness of the threesome that much more. Not worksafe, sg1, threesome, voyeurism, AMTDI.

Another from that ficathon isholdouttrout's fantastic Teal'c and Vala prank wars. I mean, Teal'c and Vala alone are wonderful to contemplate, but with the addition of meditation and scheming, you get two very opposite people with a whole lot of sympathy understanding need and filling it. They are nicely true to character in beats that stretch over the timeline of the finale. Jester's Silence, worksafe, spoilers for Unending.

And a gorgeous Sam, solo fic, spoilers for later seasons of SGA and SG-1. Fantasy pairings all over the place and all kinds of slashy suspicions and a certain wistfulness in the release. I love Sam, solo, and this is a particularly sweet night after a first day on the job. The M in Team frommmmchelle. Not worksafe, multiple (fantasy) pairings, slash, het, femmeslash.

This is a sweet little tag to another fic thatwhimsicalwhims wrote (a five things, I think, and I'm sure I've read it too, but this stands alone as a pretty morning after.) The relationships between Daniel and Jack and Cameron are gorgeously complex and minimally hinted at, feeling like so many deep lakes. Of Fish and Flowers. Worksafe, actually, it's all about the relationships.
And, in a gift of fannish opulence, a *second* Jack and Daniel rec! This is fantasy and distance by choice, echoing past forced distance, and it's fascinating the connection and distance they have achieved. Fantasia, fromstarting_gate, not worksafe.
A tiny little Jonas ficlet, a remedy for his own finale, and he deserves it, the puppy. He and Mitchell would have gotten on so well. Frombeanpot, worksafe.
