I think jackslashdaniel allows ficathon announcements; I've certainly seen plenty of them there, and lots of people follow that comm. Good luck with the Remix Ficathon!

Oh, good idea. Between that, the Sam and Teal'c comms, I bet we could announce pretty well. I asked the given email address for the stargatefic comm, but haven't heard back from any of the mods. Woe.

But now I'm thinking of a sort of crack!fic where SG-1 gets fed up with being portrayed so poorly on Wormhole X-Treme that they set fire to the studios which accidentally gets out of control causing blackouts. I imagine in this scenario it would be the northwest that is effected. :-)
