Farscape. Season 4. Episode 1: Crighton Kicks

Our scene opens on little John in big space, but I’m struck by Pilot continuing to call John ‘Commander’.

This new Pilot, on an old ship with DRDs obsessed with the 1812 Overture, she calls him John.

Oooooh, Sikozu? And hey, new titles? Nifty with cool letters and words and stuff.

Hey, cool with the lack of translator microbes.

And Harvey’s body language is freaking hilarious.

Herm, why do you think that Sikozu didn’t belong with the crew of unshaven white-haired men, eh? I’m drawing a blank.

PIP! Good to hear from you, baby. Although the way she talks about emotional stuff—you can just watch her break behind those giggles.

That goat impression was… quite something. *is somewhat alarmed*

Aw, Yoda-speak lives in the uncharted territories.

That image of John’s forehead in muck with mist creeping over the top? Pretty amazing.

New is GOOD. Har, Aeryn-in-John’s-mind. You fool no one.

Cute little DRD singing with John while he works, bringing him a brush. I want a DRD to sing with me while I work! Cuteness.

Four months. The big break was actually between "Fractures" and IYYY--that was eight months. Then they ran the final 4 of season 3, and then they had a 3-4 month break, and then they ran the first half of season 4, up through "Unrealized Realities", and then there was a five-month break, and then they ran through to the end. Crazy fucking schedules, no wonder nobody was able to keep track except the intensely obsessed.

1812 the DRD! So cute! I should note that that beard? Actually BB's own beard, unlike the one in Jeremiah Crichton.

Sikozu I liked in this. And Raelee Hill is absolutely adorable.

Too bloody fucking long! It was actually a normal period of time, about two months I think.

Farscape is SOOOOO made of awesome! *she's says trying soooo hard NOT to sound fangirly* I just wait for those winter blizzards when I'm snowed in for two days so all I can do is watch DVDs...oh wait, look the Farscape DVDs.... Blizzards can be a wonderful thing!
