Right guys, I am absolutely sure I'm retreading blazed trails here, so I'll just toss this out:

item 1: Supernatural has a blazingly awesome old school rock soundtrack

item 2: I want it.

item 3: My mainstream searches for legal downloads have not compiled the list for me.

item 4: I'm looking for d/ls, lists of songs, points to wikipedia entries I've somehow missed already listing all the music, whatever. Info, plz, for you are wise, oh flist.

Help a girl out? I have a lot of imminent roadtrips here, this seems like a logical playlist to have available. I will update with information as it becomes available.

If you're just looking for a list of all the songs used on the show, the Supernatural Music Guide (http://freenet-homepage.de/screever/Supernatural-Music-Guide.html) usually has all the songs listed within a few days of an episode airing. Currently they're updated through Heart. It's my "go to" place to help me in acquiring all the songs from every episode so far. (I don't have them all. *g* I'm still working on it.)

I'm surprised there's no iTunes playlist like that available. There are a few SPN "soundtracks" that people made, but most use songs not on the show and none have all the songs from the show. I've been thinking of doing one myself if I can figure it out.

Yes, iMixes! *g* I forgot what they were called. *g* I wasn't that impressed with the iMixes for SPN either, which was why I was thinking of making one, because there *should* be one that includes all the songs. *g*

And thanks! I'll check out your post. I actually had a lot (most?) of the SPN songs already (before the show, I mean), so it's probably been easier for me to collect them up than for some people. I love the music on this show. :-)
