It hurt me too. Sometimes I wonder if Sam isn't hiding behind a little arrogance like a shield. Daniel wouldn't let her, though, so maybe that's why it had to be Daniel for Sam in this piece. Though I'm surprised they didn't end up in bed. I half expected them to.
