fanfic for a late night
Apr. 13th, 2006 10:51 pmPeople don't post late around here. I mention this because I am, in fact, on the leftern US Coasts and apparently, much of my flist is East of me. Possibly across the pond, even. How come none of my Aussie or Kiwi flisters (are there any Kiwis?) post at night? Hrm? A little p0rn would not go amiss, is all I'm saying.
I'm not getting much done on my
tealc_ficathon piece, although we're a thousandish words in. Trouble is, I think it's going to take a while to say what I want to say, and therefore? I procrastinate.
Faaaaaaannnnnnfiiiiiiiccccccccc. It's the new brains.
princessofg has me jonesing for first time stories (she has another here called A Date, But No Flowers if you just can't get enough Jack and Daniel first time smut. Yum)
Then I had to move into SGA, because they are just hitting their stride with the smut, they are.

helenish's Your Inevitable Unhappy Ending, which I can't believe I haven't recc'd before (but if I really haven't, I was remiss, this is excellent) because John Not Saying what he means is possibly the most heartbreaking thing ever, but Rodney is a genius, so it's fantastic when he figures out what's going on. NC-17 (spoiler: it's a great ending.)
Also read the very spiffy Like a Long, Slow Nervous Breakdown by
cesperanza, which is an amazing compatible f*ckbuddies under stress turning into partners who can't be without each other, and as a result is an amazingly unexpected first time fic. John/Rodney, NC-17
