Right, so I'll be an Oregonian again as of next week. Wierd.

Also? Tape being unrolled screeches. And enough of that will give one a headache. I have proof.

it always amazes me how our homes are grounded in what we place within them. and how those items reflect our insides on so many levels. visiting friends, it doesn't matter where they live. as long as their stuff is there, it's their place.

thank you. it's a photo i took at the "tree of life" in the animal kingdom. it's such an amazing sculpture, 14 stories high, hundreds of animals carved into it. and much bigger than any photo can suggest. i love walking around it. here's another shot from there. :)

ok, the one that's the hall of thor's might is my favorite *ever*. troyswann made it for me after a series of conversations about some of the dialogue in 'thor's chariot' that always cracks me up.

Thanks! It's better today. Plus, I just got the news that I'll be finished with school (for EVA) in March, so that's very exciting! Right now I'm just writing up papers for publication, which is why I let go of my very expensive apartment, and there may be a few glitches in getting paid anyway.

Totally worth it to be graduated. *glee*
