lifting_heavy_things. I'd promised a post like that some time ago, and finally got around to sorting out the links!
Now, if you'll excuse me, it's a lovely cold day and I think I can get a last trip out on my kayak before storing it for the winter (and getting that stack of exams graded, but let us not speak of the exams...)
