I have had a rough week and I am taking a mental health day today.
Actually, technically I spent 6 hours picking my car up from the mechanic's, changing the registration (involved three people at the DMV), changing my driver's license (which involved an exam and three people at the DMV) and getting my local's parking permit (which involved but one, really efficient, guy, and was completely anti-climactic, even though it was on the other side of town). Then I decided to take the *rest* of the day off, which means I'm sitting here at 4 PM on a Friday, after a little nap in the sun (beach weather for the win!), ditching the contacts and acquiring a cold beer, and HOPING LJ WILL ENTERTAIN ME OMG.
Soooooooooooo, whatcha doin?
I think this is the first time since I moved that I've been caught up (reasonably) on my flist. Huh. Somebody post something, yeah?
Okay, I'll start: It's my birthday next month. I'll be 30. Now you go.
