Sherlock ep 3x03

minxyI'd seen some words that might be construed as spoilers leading up to this episode. They were: dark, crack-house, cases.
And now, the episode:
OH SHIT! Charles Augustus Milverton! Or rather, Magnuson? They are playing him as Swedish? When he spoke later it sounded French, or... Dutch? And then the accent felt like it got a little fluid.
Oh wow, neat combination of tech in the google glasses and the card catalog.
What is it about licking things? The creep in the last episode of Firefly licked the ship, it was a turning point for realizing he was crazy. This guy is opening with sexual harassment, then ageism, then blackmail... I like the performance of the inquiry chair. She held her own for a while until he invaded her space. I absolutely believe her decision to consult Sherlock.
Look, new titles! I like the new titles.
Huh. Did Mary just pack herself into the car in her bathrobe? I like her. Oh, John is the one going into the crackhouse. Shit. And Sherlock too. Oh dear.
Heeeeee, someone was pulling a bike out of a dumpster.
Huh. Is his high? Is he not? Do we trust anything he says? I mean, I like Jeanine, but we know he's on a case. Is he serious? Also, John + Irene = Jeanine? Writers, are you intentional about this?
Aaah! Mrs. Hudson's Google profile! Ooooh, neat architecture in Magnusson's building. Aaaaaaaand, play acting yup.

They've done some interesting things with Sherlock's mind and memory processes this year. I do love how much he has internalized Molly. It's a good episode if Molly is here.
JIM! Aw, buddy. Dislike the doctors having turned away. Like Jeanine. Like LESTRADE! Like that Lestrade has answers John doesn't.
OOOoOooooOooooh, I like the conversation in the building and telling John.
Are they at Sherlock's family's? It's been months, eh? They're very free with time passing. And that guy is really pretty reprehensible. Wow, they referenced Sherringford! Handy that the cool woman from the beginning is back. And a proper good-bye, eh?
Hrm. I wonder what happens now? JIM! Yay Sherlock turned around! Dumb last line, but whatever. And I still get to love Mary. I kinda dig Jeanine too! Can we please have Molly and Mary and Jeanine in the next story, writers? (I mean all of you)
From that bit at the end of the credits for this episode (and series) of Sherlock I deduce... a hint that the next series will be an AU set in Arthurian England. Or that Moriarty has been recuperating in the Game of Thrones 'Verse. One of those.
