Well here's one I haven't seen before: Cam/Teal'c Fic by Kernezelda, Feldman, Rainer, Thea and Rydra Wong. I guess they wrote it in a round robin inspiring each other to add codas and scenes. It's something else, and you know what? It's GOOD.
