The scene where Teal'c says he doesn't drink (as far as I remember) is "The Other Side"...when they're toasting to the Earth/Eurondan alliance, Teal'c doesn't drink, the guy (I forget his name) asks why, and Teal'c answers, "I do not imbide in alcohol."
