Oh yes, I loved being able to see the real Rosetta Stone. It's huge. I wanted to think of a way to sneak it out, but settled for a 14" replica I could hang on my wall. ;-) And the British Museum is chock full of Egyptian goodies. I wanted to crawl into one of the sarcophagi but was afraid I'd be kicked out. Also a few mummies and I liked the trim in one room that was a replica of the Book of the Dead. Durn. Now I want to go back.

I really did see other things while in London (Cleopatra's Needle, which actually has nothing to do with Cleopatra). *g*
