Season 1 is more of just the places, season 4 is Jack focused, season 5 has a more angst angle, while seasons 3, 6, and now 7 are more of the people. Maybe just gen focused I suppose.
All of them have clips from each and every episode from their respective season and actually progress through them in order. It's a feat sometimes. ;-)
Oh, and the song used for season 7 is actually called "Three Days". I named the video "All Are With Wings".
