I have watched and enjoyed Holmes on Homes, but I'm currently fascinated with Income Property. They've expanded it so there's house hunting, choosing of renovation plan, actual construction stuff, and pretty furniture. It makes me happy. Also there's a good attitude there--more autonomy is permitted the homeowners, and there's not as much condescension as you sometimes see in home-improvement shows (the ones like love it or list it really irritate me, for example.)
